We’ve Got Answers!
The University Library has many ways to answer your questions. So don't hesitate to ask.
Approach any of the student employees wearing the yellow vests with “Got Questions?” on the back. They are posted throughout the buildings and can answer all kinds of questions — or point you to someone who can.
Where Can You Ask Questions?
During Library hours, student employees will be available at:
- First Floor - Tech Help Desk
- Second Floor - Checkout and Information desk, Tech Help desk
- Third Floor - Information desk
- plus Roaming: if you see a yellow-vested student in the stacks or anywhere in the Library, go ahead and ask for help. They'll point you in right direction.
